Our Introduction

The Quresh Conference was established with a vision to preserve and promote the prominent characteristics of the QURESH community, including hospitality, entrepreneurial risk-taking, and leadership instincts. Our mission is to eliminate feelings of inferiority through education and awareness, empowering the community to recognize its historical significance as representatives of the Quresh Qabila.

The Quresh Conference is committed to educating and organizing not only the Quresh community but also other weaker sections of society. Through extensive research and experience, we have identified the root causes of backwardness, including extravagant marriages, neglected education, lack of trade opportunities, inadequate representation, inferiority complex and lack of healthcare planning.

To address these challenges, respected Central Working Committee, members and well-wishers have developed strategic solutions to remediate all issues through creating separate department such as Education Department, Aasan Nikāh Department, Business Department, Ladies Wing, Youth Wing, Employment Guidance Department, Finance Department, Political Department, Legal Department, Health Care Department, Social Services Department, Eslaah-E-Mua’ashra Department, I.T. Cell and Media Department, Public Relation Department, Sports Department and Planning Department. We documented in our Vision document 2035 aims of each department and pathways to achieves the aims of departments. The Quresh Conference aims to establish branches across India in all districts to actively engage in educational, social, political, and economic upliftment.

We are/ will organize seminars, conferences, and webinars to raise awareness about pressing community issues and develop sustainable solutions. Additionally, the Quresh Conference is dedicated to safeguarding the business interests of individuals in the meat industry nationwide, ensuring their growth and prosperity in a competitive market. The Quresh Conference will ensure meat industries hassles free in order to protect the livelihood of about 18 crore people engaged in the meat trade comprising farmers, cattle traders, transporters, meat shop owners, Bouchers, commission agent, suppliers, meat plants owner, unorganised labours, drivers and cleaners Through these efforts, the QURESH Conference aspires to create a stronger, more united, and empowered community that thrives in all aspects of life. The Quresh Conference Is committed to establishing a transparent system for the collective collection of Zakāt, ensuring that the funds are utilized effectively for deserving beneficiaries within the community.

To promote education and skill development, the Quresh Conference will establish coaching and guidance centers across all districts in India, with a special focus on regions where the Quresh community resides in large numbers. Additionally, skill development centers will be set up nationwide to enhance employment opportunities and economic growth. Recognizing the negligible representation of the Quresh community in legislative and administrative roles, the conference will actively engage with political parties to highlight this issue. By forming a dedicated pressure group, we aim to ensure adequate representation of the community at all levels of governance.

Furthermore, the Quresh Conference will work towards educating individuals in the meat industry about compliance with industry regulations. We will also advocate to state governments for the modernization of slaughterhouses across the country and explore business loan opportunities to support shop modernization and business growth.

Through these initiatives, the Quresh Conference seeks to drive social, economic, and political empowerment, ensuring a stronger and more prosperous future for the community.
